Financing is managed by Nevada Rural Housing Authority (NRHA) and provided by Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Clark County HOME funds, Housing Trust Funds from NHD, and Affordable Housing Program funds from the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco. Hafen will have 25 project-based vouchers provided by Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority.
